  • Hearing aid trials – this step in the process helps you and the audiologist make sensible, more informed decisions regarding the selection of hearing aids that are suitable for you.
  • Hearing aid fittings – we set the hearing aids to the correct levels and show you how to use them
  • Hearing aid follow up counselling – appointments to tweak the sound and address any difficulties you may have had.
  • Probe microphone verification measurements to check the hearing aids are set optimally for your hearing levels.
  • Listening aids – help for TV, cellphones, lecture / meeting rooms.
  • Counselling and problem-solving with you and your family members (if you choose!) for hearing-related difficulties.
  • Auditory processing training advice and programmes.

  • Custom made ear protection: Noise Plugs – Swimplugs – Sleep plugs.
  • Hearing Aid supplies: batteries, waxguards, dry-aid capsules, vent cleaners, etc.
